  • Responsible for full range of HR functions including on/off-boarding & employee life cycle management, monthly payroll, MPF administration, HRIS maintenance, leave & benefits administration, and etc.

  • Be part of task force in HR Projects (e.g. HRIS transformation)

  • Prepare and consolidate HR reports

  • Handle staff issues (e.g. disciplinary actions and grievance issues, etc.)

  • Perform any ad-hoc HR assignments/projects as assigned

  • Degree holder in any disciplines, major in HRM would be an advantage

  • 2-4 years' experience in sizable organization would be preferred

  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practices

  • Analytical, innovative and able to change at fast pace

  • Independent, presentable, well-organized with positive working attitude

  • Strong sense of ownership, result-oriented and ability to handle multi-tasks
