Assist the Manager in creating and implementing copy/ design/ motion-based content based upon the leadership initiatives for internal communication
Conduct market research on assigned topics and pick up highlighted angles best suited for leadership initiatives based on findings
Coordinate with cross departments for content delivery on various channels
Manage and update the calendar of the initiatives and design materials
Conduct ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Journalism/ Communication / Multimedia Design or related fields
Innovative and problem-solving mindset, attitude of a humble learner
1-3 years of graphic design/ copywriting/ multimedia production experience. (Less experienced will be considered as Assistant Content Officer)
Familiar with design and video editing tools, including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, etc.
Interested in Real Estate, Finance, and Agency Businesses
An online / cloud-based portfolio is required
